From the moment he came out, I knew I was in good hands—his business card says “Plumbing with Integrity,” and he truly lives up to it. He was incredibly fast, reliable, and communicative throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, showed up when he said he would, and most importantly, he was honest. No over-quoting, no overcharging, no pressure—just straightforward, fair pricing and quality work. That kind of integrity is rare these days. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. We were so impressed that we already plan on having him back for a larger summer project. Michael was great! We had a problem with our water heater and thought we were going to have to replace it. Called Michael after seeing his great reviews on social media. He came out and checked everything and fixed the problem and we didn't have to replace the water heater! He's professional, smart and friendly.
